Winds stronger ...

According to the WWF 2006 report, entitled Stormy Europe (http://www.wwf.org.uk/filelibrary/pdf/stormyeuropereport.pdf), higher storm activity due to climate change will increase wind intensity in parts of Spain by the end of the 21st century. 

They predict that maximum wind speeds could increase by 2-4% in north western Spain by the end of the century, while in Galicia, the number of days with high winds could increase by up to 10%.

An increase in wind speed can have an enormous effect on weather in general.
